Terms for Distributors:

1. TayMac warrants that products be free of defects in materials and workmanship.
2. Liability is limited to the replacement of defective goods.
3. All claims and discrepancies must be made within 10 days of receipt of shipment.
4. Payment terms - net 30 days.
